STOP PRESS: - I've had to delete some longer/older videos off UStream as we'd run out of the 10Gb space!
They are available on YouTube and are all tagged with 'AuntSallyLeague' so search for that!
I've been experimenting with video and live broadcasting via UStream (http://www.ustream.tv/) with live broadcasts via mobile 3G network and by the iPad app which allows better quality off-line recording but isn't live.

The early live broadcasts over 3G were downsized to only 320pixels but the iPad recordings are in higher quality (and take a while to upload - an hour is about 1Gb).
The advantage of UStream (over YouTube) is that it does live broadcasts - the disadvantage is that you need a lot of bandwidth to get high quality and because we are using the free version we get adverts on playback (the Pro version without ads costs $99-$999 per month so we won't be doing that until we go viral!).
I've also uploaded some of these to YouTube so search for 'AuntSallyLeague' all one word.
