It's half way through the Summer League and in most sections its still all to play for with a neck and neck battle - apart from G Section with Steventon Sports B not loosing a game (drawn and lost a leg) so are there with 51 points with Didcot Con Club on 32. Most of the other sections are in the 30's with only a handful of points between the top groups.
That said there are still a lot of teams without their 9th game on the sheets. Get your cards in!
Notable 'high scores' so far with Dave Dix (Spread Eagle B) getting 5-5-5 in the second game only pipped by Martin Sheridan's (Fox Steventon) 5-6-5 last week. Following closely on their heals for a high score are L.Clapton, D.Hudson, G.Brown and J.Simmons all with a 554 combination. P.Song (Tandem) deserves a big mention for his 6-3-6 in the 6th game.
Still lots of competitions to go so keep an eye out on the website for the results of these.
